Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., established in 1998 in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, is China’s first joint venture exhibition company between Shanghai Sinoexpo International Exhibition Ltd and UBM Asia (now Informa Plc.).

Hosting over 70 international events annually across 1.886 million square meters of exhibition space, it facilitates trade opportunities for 1.414 million global buyers. Since 2006, the company has ventured into online business, establishing a robust digital platform comprising 16 B2B websites (Chinese & English), 7 sourcing mini-programs, and 3 APPs.
